Bianca Andre` is a dynamic professional with a rich tapestry of experience spanning operations, finance, and legislative affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Gray Space Strategies in Washington, D.C., she spearheads the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with the company’s goals. In this role, Bianca oversees multiple projects, manages independent contractors, and serves as the primary operational contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and driving innovation within the organization.

Before her current position, Bianca excelled as a Finance and Operations Specialist at Tennessee Pinnacle Group in Knoxville, TN. There, she adeptly managed logistics for various projects, demonstrating her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Her role involved recruiting employees, utilizing data analysis tools such as Tableau and SQL to identify business opportunities, and customizing content for social media and other platforms to enhance engagement.
Bianca’s career began in the legislative realm, where she served as a Legislative Correspondent for Senator Joe Manchin III. In this capacity, she conducted in-depth research on key legislative issues, prepared essential documents for proposed bills, and coordinated with community leaders and stakeholders to develop effective policy strategies. Her contributions to significant legislation—including the Broadband DATA Act and the CARES Act—highlight her commitment to public service.

A proud graduate of UNC Asheville with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, focusing on Ecology and Conservation Biology, Bianca also embraces challenges outside her professional life. Notably, she completed a remarkable thru-hike of the 2,193-mile Appalachian Trail from March to August 2021. Additionally, she has made a positive impact through her volunteer work as an Event Coordinator for Medbrook Children’s Charity, where she successfully managed a large-scale golf event.
